Returns Policy

"While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, please follow the instructions set out below."

1. Please fill out the Returns Note and include in your parcel. If you have mislaid this please email us at info@syreni.co.uk for a new one. If you would like to exchange your order please fill out the details on the form. All returns and exchange orders MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

2.. Please note all items must be returned unworn and unused in their original packing. We also advise obtaining proof of posting of your returned items or you may want to insure your returned goods for their full value when posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. The Distance Selling Act states that the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to the supplier. Unfortunately, postage costs are non refundable.

You accept that you are solely responsible for evaluating any goods or services offered by us or by third parties and that Syreni will not be party to or in any way responsible for any transactions between you and third parties. Where the web site links contains advertising and other material submitted to us by third parties please note that those advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material.

Data Protection

We take the security of our web site and your data extremely seriously.

We do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this Web site, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, or by enquiring about or ordering any of our services. In these latter cases, the personal information you give us is used exclusively by Syreni for providing you with our services and any other services described on this Web site. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals, except with your express consent.

You have a right to know about the personal information Syreni holds about you. You also have a right to have your data corrected or deleted. Please address all your requests and/or queries about our data-protection policy to info@syreni.co.uk

All rights reserved, which means you are allowed to save, for example any images, for your own personal use (i.e - viewing them on your computer), but any distributing, republishing, copying and any other forms of those and more are strictly prohibited without our consent in writing. If images from this website are duplicated without our permission, you will be invoiced.
